Self Description	I am high motivated individual, have a high desire to learn and like to share my knowledge with others. I love kids and like to teach them how to be success in certain subjects. I do not have any formal teaching experience, but I used to teach my nephew and niece. For me its important for them to understand other than just remember. When they understand, they will automatically remember how to solve the problem and answer the question in the right way. I will used an attractive method of teaching such as the environment must be cheerful and more relax, totally different from the school environment. it will make them become more eager and ready to learn.
