Self Description
            As for me, academics results are mainly based on students' attitude towards learning & studying. Most of the students are driven by their own motivations and environment. I am using the method of peer pressure where I would prefer to be not only a tutor but also a friend to my students. This to build a good rapport between my students and I, thus increases their interest in my subjects. I have just finished my diploma, I know how students react with tutor or lecturer that they don't like. Most of the students lose their concentration & interest when their tutors being too strict & ignore their needs. Being a friend doesn't mean that I lose my credibility as a tutor or teacher. I always maintain my discipline & remind them that I am their tutor. I prefer my students to build their trust & respect in me, rather than they are afraid of me but they as matter of fact can't fully absorb what I am teaching as they are just afraid, but not interested. I used to teach in KUMON Learning Centre where I involved with many students from international schools. The ways they are learning based on trust, respect & love. In the centre, I was exposed with Japan's style of teaching & learning. And this increases my experiences in teaching. I also have my experiences as a replacement teacher in a government secondary school for English and Science for Form 1-3. I taught 5 classes. 4 classes were the best classes in the school & 1 were the worst class. I managed to help them in studies.
Proven Track Record
            I taught 5 classes where 4 classes were the best classes in the school. And the other 1 were the worst. I used the peer pressure method. There were only 3 students from the worst class passed the Science subject before I came. And I managed to get 3 of them A's with only 3 of them failed in Science subject during my period. As a result, I was called again to continue my contract for English subject in the school - Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Sultan Ibrahim (1), Pasir Mas, Kelantan. The school is well-known for best achievements in academic & also co-curriculum activities in the state.
Achievement
           My Diploma: 3.4+ CGPA SPM 1999 with 6A's and MUET Band 4 PMR - 9 Subjects included Arab Language All A's and B for Arab Language I won 1st place in state's level competition for Science & Math Quiz in 1997 I won consolation prize for Malay Language national level short story writing competition Formula Malaysia 1999 in IPT level even though I wrote the story when I was in Form 5. I was conferred as Health Club Model Students for my school in 1999 based on my academic results.
