Self Description
My name is Nur Nazuha Binti Zohor Ali. I completed my Bachelor Degree at International Islamic University Malaysia in LL.B (Hons) 2nd Class Upper. Then, I was appointed as Legal Officer in Judiciary and Legal Department (Malaysia) under Prime Minister Department on April 2007 until June, 2010. In the year of 2008, I further my Master Degree in Intellectual Property at National University of Malaysia and have graduated excellently in July, 2010. Currently, I am Chief Operation Officer (COO) at one of the famous intellectual property office in Malaysia that is Trademark2u Sdn Bhd. I have been in legal practice for almost three years (3) specifically in the area of general litigation/dispute resolution. I am well experienced in settling pleadings, legal documents, legal correspondences and contracts. Most of the cases which I handled are based on contractual disputes, land matters, sales & purchase and debt recovery. Further, I have concluded many hearings and full trial for several applications in courts. Besides, I am also well up in intellectual property matter; particularly patents, trademark, copyrights, industrial design etc. Regarding teaching experience, I am also a part time tutor and currently I have 2 students under my supervision. My practise is that usually I will start with teaching on the subject and then procced with revision either by oral or by answering sample question paper. I will also provide notes for my student.

I graduated for my Legal Law Bachelor at International Islamic University Malaysia with second class (upper). After a few years working in Judiciary as a Magistrate, I decided to further my Master Degree at National University Malaysia (UKM). I graduated for my master of Intellectual Property with first class honour.
