Self Description
            I have helped low graded student to become 1st in class.My way is to make sure that they understand the subject before going for practises (especially for Maths). I use psychology (never a rod, ruler or rotan!) such as 'reward' and appraisal as the method of motivating my students to become the best. I am also experienced of handling very naughty or 'hyperactive' kids.Being a student myself at the moment (1st year student of BCOMM, UPM), I enjoy gaining knowledge and to help out the younger generation.I make sure that my students enjoy studying.
