Self Description
            Every students have the potential for success and I believe that every student can succeed. This potential is so exciting. Normally successful students begin each year believing that they will do well. Typically unsuccessful students also start each year with hope that this year might be different. Thus, it is my job as a teacher to foster that hope and find ways to help every student become succesful. During my practicum in SMK Methodist (ACS), I am called upon to motivate hundreds of students every day, teach an ever-expanding curriculum with little prep time, maintain order and promote a structured learning environment, spend evenings and weekends grading papers and planning lessons and not to mention stay current with educational reforms and changes in the profession. On a personal note, one day I told my students that I knew that they could get the complicated I was teaching,and I continued working until I truly felt that they all got it. One student in particular came up to me and said "I can't believe I can understand that. Thank you." That was an awesome moment for me as a teacher.
