Self Description
            I believe in making students to understand not forcing them to memorise everything. Subjects like history will be thought in a very mild story telling way with aided photograps and mind maps. This will ease student to remember ans answer exam questions. I am a qualified leadership trainer back in Universiti Tenaga Nasional during my MBA and I have the ability to build self confidence in students that actualy the primary element a student should have to answer exam questions. Subjects like accountancy will be tought with real life experience since I am from accounting background, which will ease students to understand and at the same time, students will actualy know the purpose of each transaction compare to just memorising it and tend to forget it during the exams. I will prepare mind maps in each class, keep track of the students performance, drill them to focus and with me, they will excel.

            I have helped 5 PMR students to get straight A's back in Ipoh. Few students attended my classes and change their perception on studying since they feel I make them believe studying is actualy very interesthing.
