Self Description
            I have been teaching at a home schooling centre - 6 classes with around 60 students, IGCSE Business Studies to around 22 students, personal home tuition to a 6 year old boy, to start teaching English at Cambridge Centre in Kota Kemuning, teaching English to 3 working/students. My students improved tremendously and also achieved such grades within 6 months l was teaching. I have been working in Senior Management for the past 10 years with a total of 25 years working experience in the corporate world. Due to that, teaching was a natural role as l conducted many trainings during my working experience and also trained many staffs. My teaching style and skills are dependent on students capacity and as such, l am able to motivate and derive high results given an opportunity. I also spend the first month to evaluate the student and then finally come up with the best method to teach the student so that they are able to achieve high personal standard within themselves first. For classroom teaching, l use materials and dependent on age, l bring the levels of their understanding to make it interesting enough for them to participate. Once the students participate, they will begin to show better grades. Referrals can be given to those who are interested to speak to parents or Principal concerned.
