I have done consistently well in school and was fortunate to receive a scholarship to pursue my upper secondary school as well as pre-university education in Singapore after PMR. In the Singapore-Cambridge GCE A Levels, I took up Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Economics and obtained straight As for predicted grades. I have recently completed A Levels and would like to utilize my time before entering university by tutoring students and helping them prepare for examinations.
Each student has different learning styles and needs. Therefore, I strongly believe that it is important for a student to find his/her own studying method. Having been given the opportunity to observe the effective learning styles of ASEAN scholars from various countries, I hope that I can share these observations with my students so as to help them find a learning method that suits them best. Moreover, I have mentored a few students preparing for Singapore-Cambridge GCE O Level, as well as primary school students with dementia. From such experiences, I am confident that I would be a patient tutor.
