Self Description
            The teaching method that I used since I have started teaching (tutor) back in 1998 is very straight forward, get the student to be motivated in the subject and through the motivation make him/her involve with the subject. Along the way, the whole process is to make learning an interesting.The motivating factor is not on based remuniration, but making him/her like the subject. During my term as a tutor in Leeds University, UK, I have found the ultimate way to make students love their subject is to have a practical and two way direction teaching. Get the students involve once they understand the topics and not just moving on after it is done . E.g. if a student struggle in BM, he or she should have the right guidance to maximise the strength and focus along to improvise on the weakness.As for myself, I believe I am a good motivator and keep the students going on.
