Self Description	The method i use in teaching is to first find out the students weaknesses and strengths and than work out a approach to strengthen the weaknesses and enhance the strengths in whatever the subject being taught. Students need a teacher that can listen to their problems in the subject and a teacher who is open minded who will not judge the student by his/her weaknesses. i have been teaching for the past 10 years. I currently work as a Chemist and have tremendous hands on experience in lab analysis and theory in Chemistry. i teach other subjects as well.
