Self Description	In 1998, my Form Six student emerged as the top scorer in English. He obtained 85 marks as versus 60 marks a year ago. He continued his studies in Australia. Now, he works as a Bank Officer at Standard Chartered Bank. I taught him grammar, essay/letter writing, comprehension, conversation and even pronounciation as he was from Chinese school background. Initially, this student was quite weak in his tenses. I taught him what he had missed out during his primary school days. As he was a hardworking and keen learner, he achieved what he aimed for. Quote of the day:How do we grade a teacher as "excellent" ? (a) By his/her ability to create "As" for smart students or ; (b) By helping weaker students to increase marks and to build self-confidence.
Proven Track Record	Year 1998: Poh Yin, a Year Three student from Serdang increased 50 marks in her BM after attending a 20 day Holiday Intensive Course. Year 2007: Nyim Shi Hui, a Year One student obtained full marks four times for her English. She ranked 6/525 in her standard.
