Self Description	Highly motivated. Already involve in the business since 2002 where I pursue my Grad Dip in Industrial Training at (RMIT Australia) and have an opportunity to teach Australian Student. I am capable of conducting a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in order to determine the problem and solution for it. In 2006, I arrange a pro-bono tuition for my neighbours as at that time, I was living in a small town where the parents are unlikely to spend high amount of money to send their kid for a tuition. Currently, I am working as a lecturer at UniKL MIMET where I specializes in Hydraulics, Pneumatics and Fluid Power Control Subjects. Apart from teaching, I have been involve in the module developing, marketing, program coordinating and other students-related activity.
Proven Track Record	One of my students get 5A during UPSR in year 2006. She is one of the student who attended my pro-bono class.
