Self Description	I have obtained my Certificate IV in TESOL (Teach English to Speaker of Other Languages) in September 2007 from SEA Academic, Australia. During this course, I was trained to prepare lesson plan based on the students' needs. I was also trained to deliver lessons using communicative approach where the students were encouraged to give opinion during the class. This approach has helped the students no only academically, but also developed the students' interest towards the subject. I am able to customise a series/syllabus of English or Mathematics lessons for the primary school students based on their needs and commit in achieving a better result. I am also well trained in providing English Conversation class for adults. I am willing to provide a trial session of needs analysis.
