Self Description	I am currently a Middle and High school teacher at Dalat International School, Penang.I have a passion in teaching English and to see students achieving their set goals would be the ultimate joy. There is no quick fix in studying but encouragement, motivation and persistence will bring forth success. Students are expected to think and write creatively, analyze and draw inferences from texts (ranging from non-fiction to poetry), have a sizable amount of vocabulary word bank, able to converse fluently like a native speaker and trained in listening skills. I only conduct individual classes ranging from one and a half to two hours, three times per week in order to achieve above average grades.
Proven Track Record	I have been teaching English for 15 years. Most of my private students are Koreans, Japanese, Taiwanese and Malaysians. Students have achieved distinctions in IELTS, IGCSE, SAT, and TOEFL.
