Self Description
I believe that teaching should not be based on chalk and talk. Learning is a fun experience and it should be made enjoyable to the students to stir their interest. My teaching method is based on the Communicative Teaching Method. I trust that students learn best when they communicate and play games. I've done a mini research on this method during my practical session at Sekolah Menengah Teknik Kuala Selangor and my results were positive. I found that students learn best when they are engaged in the CLT approach. Besides teaching, i also like to coach students for drama, public speaking, choral speaking, debate and etc. I have coached students for the District level competitions and the school won within the top three.
