            i have 6 years in the IT filed, most of jobs is team lead in IT team, provide the programming consultant for the team. my teaching method is understand the backgroud and the level of the knowledge of my student. the i teil customize my course material for the student. we will use the real example to example how the programming work, this will help my student will not fear the programming subject.
