Self Description	I have a certificate of teaching which qualifies me as a learned teacher with exposure to various methodologies in teaching students with different levels of proficiency. Apart from that, possessing a degree in TESL is a boon to my profession as an English teacher. I am currently pursuing a Masters in Linguistics. 14 years is how long I have been as a teacher in primary, secondary and tertiary level. My approach to teaching students who need assistance in English is to identify the weakness(es) and work from there. Apart from that, I strongly stress on the importance of grammar as it is the basic to all the four skills in the English Language. I tolerate nonsense from my students but only up to a certain limit as I believe that "all work and no play make Jack a dull person".
