Self Description
I am a third year student in the University of Nottingham. I like Maths the most among all subjects. I have strong passion towards solving math questions. I was given full scholarship by Singapore MOE to complete my secondary in Singapore. I did well in O-Level. I have done well in Math throughout my education pathway. Even in University, i scored 85% and above. Besides that, I enjoy teaching Math. When I saw my students did well in the exam, I feel happy and proud of them. Teaching math allow me to help the students who are poor in math, it also retained my interest in math. I feel that Math is essential in all fields nowadays, Math can apply in many areas. Therefore it is important for a student to do well in Math. I am willing to provide as much help as i can to all students who need help in Math or other subjects that i can.
Proven Track Record
My student, Robin Lee from Ampang, get 89 for maths in the latest Exam. Before i become his tutor, he got around 60 for his math. he has shown great improvement with my help and his will to do well.
Achievement
Rank top 25% in the world in Euclid Mathematics Competition Singapore GCE O Level- 6A(Math and additional math) 2B GCE A Level- 1A(Math) 2B Pastoral Care Award for good personal characteristic in 2006 and 2007 Co-curricular awards for Interact Club and St John's Ambulance Brigade.
