Self Description
            I am a focus and people person. My teaching style is a two communication and I expect the student to interact with my during my class. I always encourage the student to speak and share their knowledge with the class.
Proven Track Record
            I am teaching 4 subject (Customer Service Principals, Customer Relationship Mgmt, Call Centre Mgmt and Business Fundamentals)and also supervising student research project and industry practical . I have helped approximately 450 students to pass final exam and helped a number of them to obtain grade A's and Dean's List.
