Self Description
            Hye there, In my experiance teaching alone is not a good tools for them to success. Im more focus on their problems, and where usually they make mistake in test or exams, from that im able to know their performance in studies. Moreover giving them a motivation and spiritual talk can make them more confident and concentrate in their studies. Be in mind we just can prepare a food for them, and its their wish to eat or not. So by motivating them sure they can be self motivated and discpline in their studies.
