Self Description
            I would like to identify the problems student face, and try to solve the questions step by step to students and make sure they are understand his/ her own mistake or weakness to avoid same mistake occurred again. Besides that, i often encourage thinking and innovation to let student create new things and let them come to their own method of reaching that goal. And, i would like to give student a simple test on every two or three months to ensure they're totally understand and get the knowledge or concepts clearly. Most important is encourage student don't see the failure but see opportunity. Showing that it is a learning experience, a way to let them see how the incorrect results are achieved. These are all the ways of my teaching and experience.
