Self Description
            I have been an IGCSE teacher for three years before taking a leave to pursue my Master's degree in the UK. My teaching methods differs from the traditional sense where by rote learning along with conditioning are commonly employed. Rather, I prefer to challenge and encourage critical thinking, creativity and analytical ability in my learner by guiding them step by step to achieve their potential. Educational activities and games (where applicable) is also a big part of my teaching style. My expertise lies in education for sustainable development that is promoted by international organisations. Hence my teaching methods reflects the improved classroom delivery style that is learner based and child-friendly. Complimenting this would be my background in psychology, which allowed me to be an understanding and observant educator.This had ensured my role as the confidant and counsellor of my learners in numerous occasion.
Proven Track Record
            As the selected few qualified IGCSE Global Perspectives teacher in Malaysia, majority of my learners have successfully thrived under my tutelage. I am the only teacher capable of maintaining the 100% passing rate in my school. Additionally, 50% of my first cohort obtained an A in the subject and 60% obtained an A in the second cohort.
Achievement
           I am a proud holder of straight As for my PMR. While I obtained A1 specifically in my Malay language, History and Mathematics during SPM. I graduated with second class honours in my Bachelor (Psychology) degree with outstanding results in biopsychology, abnormal psychology and health psychology. Also, I obtained a 8.0 in IELTS for academic purpose, an excellent prove of my English language ability. In 2012, I managed to obtain 3 distinctions for my Cambridge Teacher and Trainer diploma. A year later, I managed to graduate with merits in my Master's degree.
