Self Description	I prefer to teach my student using my own method. I likes student to learn easy and happy , but not forcing them to stuff all the knowledge in.
Proven Track Record	I taught science and math before in secondary school. I taught students with good acedemic results and also student from weak classes. What I can say is I manage to teach my weak student to pass their result and some even get B when they was holding a fail before I teach them. I don't want to talk about how my good students get their A because of me as I know they are much more on their own than me. What makes me proud is my capability to help my weak students to get excellence results.
