Self Description	Hi! I am Chee Ling who graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering from USM. After 5 years of working in water treatment industries, I decided to move into the field I am always passionate in, Education. I worked more than 2 years for the rural children in East Malaysia, 6 months as a replacement teacher in SJK(c) Primary Schools, had experience in organizing motivation camp & etc. Currently, I am a student pursuing Master of Educational Psychology in UPM. Despite achieving better in academic result, I focus in increasing students' self efficacy more. Guide them to grow happily and resiliently is the best rewards of all.
