Self Description	I have vast experience in education background and able to give personal attention to all my candidate. Aside from academic, I also invest myself in understanding my student from non-academic point to grow their interest for improving themselves. I have used and specialised in methods such as personal coaching, behavior changes for student with difficulties in study. My other strength is career counseling and consultation. Hence I am able to build my student's career interest since young and allow them to focus on journey required to achieve their goal.
