Self Description	I have been working as a relief teacher in SJK(C) Kung Man, SJK (C) Serdang Baru (I), SJK (C) Serdang Baru (II) during my semester break since year 2003. During my university life, I also worked as a part time tutor. I have a strong interest and high motive in teaching. I have developed and implemented different kinds of teaching skills to suit students' needs, interest and level. During my teaching life, I have met a lot of students with different types of attitude, like shy to ask questions, sturborn, hyperactive, disobedient, lazy and etc. Therefore, I have experiences and skills to deal with all these types of students.
Proven Track Record	My students have improved their results obviously in school exams after attending my tuition class. In year 2005, my year 6 student, Lai Suet Yee from SJK (C) Serdang Baru (II)scored straight A's in UPSR. Another student, Der Pheobe from SJK (C) Serdang Baru (II) scored straight A's in the subsequent year.
