Self Description	I have strong personality and good communication skills. I also love kids and teaching. I feel great when the students understand the lessons and i will try my best to make them excellent in their studies. i have experience in teaching at Kumon. Here, i teach the students to be independent and learn by their mistakes. I use selp development method so that they will understand better their potentials and weaknesses. By doing so, they will try harder to overcome their weaknesses and improve it.
