            HIGHEST QUALIFICATION: Bachelor of Business Management (First Class Honor) from University Technology Malaysia (UTM), Johor. SPM: 8 A’s PMR: 7 A’s EXPERIENCE: I had conducted tuition when I was pursuing my tertiary study in UTM for about half a year. I am a responsible person and I believe with my sound education background and my commitment, I can bring great values to the students in my tuition. Currently I am working in an international shipping company and together with my experience in corporate world, I believe I could generate students with good aptitude as well as attitude.
Proven Track Record
            WHAT YOU WILL GET: Main purpose of sending your lovely children to tuition of course is to let them acquire functional knowledge in the specific subjects as well as to score in the exams. It is my commitment and mission to make sure the students showing improving track records from both quantitative (results from exams) and qualitative (know-how to apply the knowledge in practical way). Although I don’t have sound experience in teaching, I did obtain excellent academic results from both secondary and tertiary. LEARNING METHODOLOGY Good method of learning is always one the important factor that affects productivity of a lesson. First and foremost, I will make sure my students and I to have a same reference book which is updated with the contemporary syllabus. Everytime before new lesson/chapter starts, students will be requested to do “Window Shopping”. It means students will have to pre-study what is going to be taught by me before he/she attends the lesson. Rationale of doing “Window Shopping” is to get the students familiarized with what I will teach during the lesson, and it could accelerate the learning curve. Besides, “Reciprocal Teaching” and “Practice Makes Perfect” are the two main methodologies that I adopted. “Reciprocal Teaching” is to emphasize two ways communication between students and I, whereby students will have to “share” with me what they have learnt throughout the session. It is the opportunity for me to gauge the understanding of the students. I would instill “learn, unlearn, relearn” philosophy in students mind if possible. “Practice Makes Perfect” means students will be given many exercises /homework to consolidate what they have learnt, and discussion with be held to solve the problems faced by students. Lastly, “Time Chart” will be shown to students and their parents as an illustration of the progress of chapters covered against the timeline. It is important to gauge the productivity of the tuition and let the parents keep track of their children learning curve.
Achievement
           My students (lower secondary)have successfully shown improvement in their acdemic results one month right after attended my tuition. Their grades of the particular subject have improved from C to B.
