Self Description
            I'm a self-motivated and able to work along with children well. I love to guide them and it gives me satisfaction when I can help a student to improve in his/her studies. I have experienced guiding students as a part timer tutor at home. For me, as a tutor, it is important to tackle a student needs and understand them.Give them motivation to do something. A small improvement is still an in improvement that need to be taken into account.Nurture them according to their needs. Caring yet stern with my decison is essential as these may not lead the students to take advantage but respect.
