Self Description
For my past working experience, I've been working in an IT company as a Software Engineer for one year. Besides that, I've been working in a computer service center for almost 1 year while I’m doing my degree in year 2003, as an part time IT Analyst, thus, I will need to communicate and direct deal with the customer. Hence during the term of working, I learnt about the managerial skills such as standard working procedure. Most of the time, I conducted briefings and presentations to potential customers as well as troubleshoot and find the best methods to solve the problem to fulfill the customer requirements. Besides that, I am also a part time tutor in Open University Malaysia (OUM). I am also a fast learner, self-motivated as well as having excellent communication skills. Besides, I do have leadership skill and pleasant personality that make me a competitive candidate for this position. I always maintain a mature, gracious and professional manner when communicating with people, even when difficulties arise.
