Self Description
I'm a 3rd year student from University Malaya and I'm currently studying Bachelor of Education in TESL or Teaching English as Second English. I've also been involved in teaching professionalism courses in teacher's training college and have done my teaching practical in schools for 6 months around KL and PJ area. I've been teaching tuition especially for primary students since two years ago. One particular student that I've taught is from SRK Sri Bintang Selatan, Cheras. She used to be quite poor in her writing. Her writing skills in both English and Malay have been improving tremendously since the start of our tutoring sessions. Not only that, she manages to get into the top three in her class due to her outstanding performances in her language subjects. I have years of tution-teaching experience which makes me familiar with what my tutees and parents' expectations from my tuition sessions. I would do my best to educate and maximize learning during the short period of the sessions. I believe very much in constructivist and indirect learning. Therefore, in some worst case scenarios when the students get reluctant to learn, I would never force information down my students' throat but instead find alternative ways of effective learning. I love to keep my tuition sessions lively by treating my students as friends and as a person. With hopes and commitment, I would do my very best to educate.

My student, Janice Low, From SRK Sri Bintang Selatan Cheras, get As in her English, Bahasa Melayu from Year 3 onwards and As in her Kajian Tempatan in Year 4 and Year 5.
Achievement
