Self Description	I'm a gresh graduate with a strong passion about education, currently i'm working in a world-wide established education firm, Kumon Asia and Oceania. I've 7 months teaching experience in the subject of BM and succesfully improved the student's score from 55 to 95 marks. My method is simple which teach them what is essential, not to overwhelm them with unnecessary exercise. I'll pin point the main concepts and get them to understand and give necessary repetition if they couldnt get the learning focus. Everychild has different learning ability. I'll try to understand their ability, teach them based on their current level and then improve them step by step. There is no point to teach beyond the students' ability, in fact this will reduce their motivational level and boost down their interest in learning.
