Self Description	I am an assitant lecturer working in UNISEL, the university in which I obtained my bachelor's degree in TESL and currently I am pursuing my Masters Degree in UM with the scholarship from my employer. I prefer to let my students dwell with hands on activities for them to gain further understanding regarding the subject they are learning. I also prefer to have monthly tests to assess my students' improvement as well as my credibility as a tutor. I provide my students with the notes and I mark their essays according to the latest marking scheme set by government since I always keep in touch with the ministry of education for updates on the question formats and the marking schemes.
