Self Description The most important thing for me is using appropriate approach method to the student in order to assist them while learning process. Besides that, a motivation course also be given to keep up the morale of student. Combination between learning process and motivation level will produce tremendous result because they do not know what inside themselves, what are their special and vice versa.My teaching method more on group discussion orientation, which is open discussion, shares opinion or ideas together in order to overcome any problems or issues. I believe the method more relevant and comprehensive because as a tutor and teacher, we might be able to train our students thinking out of the box. By using that method, the students have greater percentage to think beyond the boundary and can effect their study method, the way of answering question, and their personal life too. Currently, i am working at Putrajaya International Convention Center as an engineer since November 2007. I am also a product from management trainee programmed Radicare(M) Sdn Bhd which is being recruited before i finished my first degree. Being awarded as best management trainee out of 10, i absorbed as executive operation at head quarters. Then, i step up the next level of my career, working at PICC, on of the most prestigious places in Malaysia.
Proven Track Record Currently, i do not have any records to prove but i already prepared to make your son/ daughter registered to be the first!!
