Self Description	As a tutor, my goal is to transfer my own excitement to my students. Whether by a beautifully illustrated principle or a bewilderingly unexplained demonstration, my role is to prepare and inspire my students to discover. The challenge is to give students the tools, the impulse and the room to synthesize their own connections to the concepts of studies. Besides that,my teaching method is to foster an enthusiastic open environment for students. I try to make it clear to students, early on, that they are not only free to talk and question, but that they are actually expected to interact with me on any subjects.This dialogue gives me a feedback loop to react to students'misunderstandings or difficulties with the material. It also emphasizes to the students that I am willing to adjust my lectures and demonstrations to hit home with them. Inevitably, the mutual respect that comes from two-way communication between student and me is a pillar of effective teaching.
