Self Description	I would be using mainly past year questions to teach the students. This is mainly because they are the proven method of teaching which brings a student into understanding on what he or she need to really concentrate. Other than that, I would be looking at the students' preferred way of learning, and I would teach the way they want it to. I normally would be very liberal to my students. I have used this method of teaching to my previous students, and I found out that they enjoy to study when no pressure is put on them.
Proven Track Record	I managed to help three out of my four students to get A in English in PMR.
