Self Description Well, I would choose to understand the kids first. After understanding the kid, I can get to know in detail what is their characteristic and which part of the subject they can't do well in. Besides understanding them, I will also check with them the amount of homework they got to bring back and do. I used to teach student year 7 to 12 ever since I'm form 4. I think I got my experience in teaching them. Basically, I will go through their homework which is assigned by school teacher. After understanding their amount of school homework they got to do per day, I can figure out the amount of homework I can assign for them to do during their free time or also weekend. Some school's they love to give the student homework and ask them to finish at school, so they might have less homework at home. So this category of student I will tend to give them more homework for them to revise. Currently, I am teaching in Kumon. Kumon is a learning center with different age kids. They have from 3 onwards. So after having some experience there I believe I can handle the kid better. As we know, kids are all playful especially the younger one. So I believe I can educate them to get great result.
Proven Track Record When I stayed in Perlis, I had this student standard 5 learning with me. She was not interested in Bahasa Malaysia at all when I first approached to her. After sometimes teaching her, she understand and started to learn Bahasa Malaysia. Before attending my tuition class she fail mostly everytime of her exam but after attending my tuition class she improve from fail to D. Then from D to C and during her UPSR she scores A. Her name is Ng Wen Sze, Kangar, Perlis.
Achievement I studied in a elite school in Perlis, SMK Derma. So we as chinese is a must to be in science stream so I am not really interested in science stream but more to art stream. Unfortunately, my principle doesn't allow us to change. So I got to study physic, chemistry and biology. Honestly I didn't score well in that three subject but i score well in my english, modern maths and also Bahasa Malaysia.
