Self Description I have always love Mathematics and experience tutoring Mathematics. I understand that each individual have different level of understanding towards this subject and I am able to explain math topics at the level of students themselves. In my teaching, I encourage positive attitude and always motivate my students to believe and never give up. I am alert to my students’ problems, always listen and respond appropriately to their comments and questions. My key in teaching is taking one step at a time. Instead of just explaining the theory, I prefer to be involved in guiding them through the solution process. After working with some problems together, I encourage a lot of practice and will follow-up with their homework’s. Practice is important for me to locate my students’ mistake, error or weakness and hence, allow me to explain again until they fully understand the concept and be able to solve the problems with confident.
