Self Description Teaching and training is always one of my areas of interest. It has always been my passion to see the younger ones are advised and taught with the right moral values and principles besides the academic knowledge required in the school subject syllabus. I have been involved in the various types of training for staff in all areas of subjects. Teaching/Training is not just a one way flow of passing knowledge from the teacher to the student; it involves more than that. 1.Teaching must be carried out in two ways active participative communication, which will allow doubt, uncertainty, misunderstanding, misinterpretation, etc, to be made known, and follow by proper discussion and correct feedback to be given to the student. 2.It is always important that whatever has been taught could be related to some actual real life incidents/cases/phenomena/objects/concepts/scientific findings/observations with the intention to create an understanding for the student to realize the application of acknowledge acquired is achievable, realistic, practical, and sometimes scientifically sound. 3.Knowledge has to be learned in a systematic manner in order to have any lasting retaining effect. Many proven learning methods could used to enhance the learning speed and efficiency. A conducive environment coupled with a clear and uncluttered mind, resulted from a proper approach/method in conducting the learning process, will surely assist the student to enjoy and appreciate the learning journey instead of bogged down and confused by the excessive amount of school work. 4.Two of the main keys to success in teaching/learning is perseverance and the desire to excel – the ability to press on in spite of the many mistakes and failures which a student could encountered in his pursue of academic excellence. The continuous hunger/desire to continuously improve himself at every stage of his learning processes will provide the fuel required in pursuing sublime academic performance. 5.Rome was not built in one day. Similarly knowledge grows thru’ small incremental acquiring and assimilation of its understanding into the mental capability of one mind. With patience and if give sufficient time, the teacher and the students could uncover some Einstein in their midst

Every child should excel in his field of study which could be complemented by his strength, whereas in his areas of weakness some concerted efforts are needed to improve in order to make sure it will not become a stumbling block in the pursue of his study and career.
