I am also a part time tutor in a big tuition center (teaching BM and History). I have experience handling students not only from Sekolah Kebangsaan but teaching students from Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan (Chinese and Tamil School) and also private and international school. I will teach the students following the school syllabus but at the same time I will give enrichment class for the students to make them understand BM better and learn to love our national language. I will teach the students general knowledge in BM (to make them familiar with the essay part and have ideas to write). I’m also used to give Seminar in BM for UPSR and PMR students. WHAT YOU WILL GET: The change in the way of writing (the flair of writing) and spoken better Malay. Over the years, I have developed a system of teaching BM to different kind of students in the most effective way possible. From my experience, I know what are the usual BM pitfalls that students will likely face. Take advantage of my specialization - you won't regret it. LESSON FORMAT: I will start the class by giving the students Malay spelling. Spelling is very important to make sure students can write better. Sometimes I will give Malay dictation to test the students ability in writing, spelling and listening skill. I will provide all the learning materials like worksheet and notes. Consumables like language workbooks & such, if required, will be separately charged. Every tutorial will begin with answering students questions regarding the subject. Student-driven learning is the most effective - you learn something much faster if you seek it. Then I will move on to the normal syllabus. TRAVEL AREA: I am willing to teach in Bukit Rahman Putra, all Damansara areas, Bandar Utama, TTDI, Petaling Jaya, Kelana Jaya & Sierramas. I travel with my own car. So if you want me to go somewhere further, it's open to consideration. I usually teach at the students' place. But if you want the tuition to be at my home, I am willing to accommodate you if the time and class size is right. Please call to enquire.
