Self Description My experience during the year I took my SPM thrilled me as I was a peer tutor, I guided my friends in the subjects of mathematics and science just one month before the SPM, all of them passed and some with flying colours! I believe they could have achieved that because I put myself in their shoes before I tried to make them understand the theories. This is the way that I'm going to use in teaching and guiding my students.
