Self Description My teaching method is simple. There is no success without hard work. The Japanese word for this is "isshokenmei" or rather to give it your all. The current trend is work smart; not work hard, which is actually half-true. I believe the right step is to work hard at the very beginning to instill discipline inside. Once you have that discipline in you, working smart is no longer an issue as you know your subject well enough. It is rather logical to say that only genius could work smart from the very beginning. I cannot guarantee success but I could guarantee knowledge. That is pretty obvious as we are mere human beings who are prone to errors. Only God is flawless. The world is cruel nowadays. Only those who work hard could excel in their life. Putting your hope on "smart" alone will leave you behind. I am not educating your children to be powerful executives; but rather how to live as a human. That is all I have to offer.
Proven Track Record I helped to give advices to prospective exam-sitters. The secret is not to worry too much. In general, there are those who succeed and those who didn't. My priority then is not to give all the praises and attention to those who succeed, but rather to help the fallen to stand again. Most of them found their feet back and continue to perform even better than those who had previously outplayed them in academics. And the most important part is; they are living their life more as a human.
