Self Description I was one of those students that needed extra tuition to help me with my studies but had to relied on self-taught due to financial constraints thus barely survived my examinations. Understand the important of having a tertiary education and its also my dream, after joining the workforce, I continued with my education, on part time basis, until I obtained a Master degree from University of Staffordshire, UK. I have been working in the business world for the last 29 years, 23 years in the management level, and I have decided to leave the 'rat-race' to pursue my passion, that is, teaching and lecturing. It is my way of contribute back to the society.
