Self Description I have 12 years experience in teaching for the children from the age of 6 years old to 16 years old.The effective method by engaging students in discussion deepens their learning and motivation by propelling them to develop their own views and hear their own voices.Normally i will explain on the certain subject that students having difficulties to understand by explaining to them using Malay, English or Cantonese languages.Using Experiential learning,which is an approach to education that focuses on "learning by doing," on the participant's subjective experience. The role of myself is to design "direct experiences" that include preparatory and reflective exercises.I am a strict teacher but not fierce and using humor in the classroom which can enhance student learning by improving understanding and retention. Communicates effectively with parents or guardians to ensure the quality and results of the students.
Proven Track Record I have helped the weak students to pass in their examinations and more than 20 students to achieve 'A' in Bahasa Melayu and English subjects.
