Self Description I practice student-centered environment where students are encourage to actively responds to tutor throughout the learning session which will enhance student's metacognitive (thinking) skills and speaking and listening skills as to prepare them for university learning style where students are no longer fully spoon-fed as practiced in public schools in Malaysia. As every individual learning styles and preferences is different, the student's individual learning style(s) and personality will be taken into my consideration on which teaching method (direct method, silent way, grammar translation method, community language teaching, suggestopedia, TPR, etc) will be used (will be decided and used after the first two meetings with the students). This is to enhance student's learning potential in acquiring the knowledge. I am positive, friendly but stern, fun and energetic. I teach lower secondary and primary school students best as I love children. I was among the best teacher in my class for all teaching methodology subjects in my university. Please, give me a chance to meet and teach the student at least four times before you pass any judgement on my teaching ability as I need the the first two meetings to understand the student's abilities, knowledge level, and teaching-learning preference(s) and the following two weeks to slowly implement the appropriate teaching method(s) that might suit him/her as well as giving him/her some time to adapt to new learning environment which is probably different than the school's environment.
