Proven Track Record	Throughout my teaching experience I have helped the students at form 3 and 5 obtained their encouraging results. A total of 3 out of 5 students in mathematics classes managed to get results of the SPM A + and A. At first there was a very poor student in my math class. With the remainder of the five months before the SPM examination, I have been successful in helping students obtain unexpected results when he managed to get the results of B +.
Achievement	I graduated with second class upper in Degree of Nutrition and Health Community from Faculty of Medicine and Health Science, UPM. Currently I am waiting for my viva voce for Master Science.
