Self Description	I prefer in a no stress teaching environment. I believe students can achieve better if they develop a no-stress study environment. Other than that, I will also be strict in terms of language. I will actually encourage my student to try to communicate with me in English as English language is important to them in these days when it comes to the applications on their studies. I have no teaching experience but I had actually giving tuition sessions to my younger brother at home since he was in primary school and now he is currently pursuing his PMR. I will first observing how my students' routine study activities and then try to add in more useful activities that will help them to improve. For instance, if I found out that he or she is not good in English, I will have dictation and spelling for him every week and also do some vocabulary exercises. I grow up in an English educated environment but I speaks and read Chinese. The reason of why I can read Chinese is I taken Chinese languages class when I was in primary school. But I still will prefer English as my main communication with my student. Thank you
