Self Description -Friendly and open minded. Having studied overseas in two countries, I appreciate the difference in cultures and treat them with an open mind. That makes me easier to approach new friends. Consequently, I am able to incorporate this understanding to my previous students in Melbourne. Therefore, I am confident that I will be able to approach my new students from different angle and allow them to learn in a more friendly environment. -Patient and calm. I believe that I am patient and calm when dealing with situations. Having these virtues allow me to handle a lot of problems and I believe they are utmost important in ensuring the students are having a pleasant learning experience -My philosophy in teaching is to help students to understand and not spoon feed them. I encouraged my students to ask as many questions as they can think of and I would happily answer them if I have the knowledge. I believe that truly understanding of one topic is the key to master the subject.
