Self Description
One of the most effective ways that I assist and educate my ESL students is by developing and presenting comprehensible and stimulating lesson plans that facilitates all learning styles. The first week, I will take my time to study the different learning styles and interests of my students. Then, I would do my research, locate and incorporate varieties of resources to accommodate students via visual, audio, tactile and kinaesthetic methods. My ultimate goal is to foster and maintain an open, honest, communicative, and supportive classroom, in which each student feel safe, secure, special, and appropriately challenged.
