Self Description In 3-4 years of teaching experience, I was being trained to become a tutor not only to specialize in teaching school syllabus, but also to discover every student's talent and preference of techniques in terms of learning and memorizing to score in exams. At the same time, being a scholarship student for 4 years and top student for more than 10 years, I know the challenges in facing exam and the secrets to score well. Therefore, I will not teach students in a rigid way but in a flexible way according to student's character and preference.
